Several interested committee members can only make after school commitmens, so I was thinking that we could alternate before and after school meeting times? I think that we should address at least the following at the meeting (let's try to wrap up by 8:45 though; it's a long time until prep). -Establish who will facilitate future meetings (could be a shared position -- one for a.m. meetings, one for p.m.?) -Elect a recording secretary for meetings (could also be shared?) -Brainstorm our vision for Monroe participation in the event -Asses where we currently are in the process Anything else??
